Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to ship your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your tracking number!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. A flat rate shipping fee of $19 applies to orders shipping to the USA and a $35 shipping cost to Canada

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elite Streamers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@elitestreaners.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
